Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer and Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing videos for various social media platforms and marketing needs. You will collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with the company's vision.

 

Responsibilities:
1. Design and plan video concepts according to marketing needs and target  audience.
2. Capture video footage using various types of cameras and supporting equipment.
3. Set up lighting and composition to produce high-quality images.
4. Edit video footage into engaging and informative final products using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
5. Add graphic elements, text, and visual effects to enhance content appeal.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and social media to understand the vision and goals of the content being created.
7. Attend brainstorming meetings and provide creative input for content development.
8. Generate fresh and innovative ideas for video content that can attract audience attention and increase engagement.
9. Adapt editing style and content creation to align with current trends on social media.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to editing, while adhering to set deadlines.
11. Organize and archive video files systematically to ensure easy and efficient access.
12. Monitor the performance of video content across various social media platforms and provide recommendations for improvement.
13. Adjust strategies based on data analysis and audience feedback.

 

Requirements:
- Minimum education of a D3 degree in any major.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a videographer and video editor.
- Proficient in basic photography and videography techniques and the operation of video editing software.
- Good understanding of the technical specifications of various social media platforms and content trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- High creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
