Job Summary:
The Store Crew plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. This position involves a variety of tasks to support daily store activities, maintain a clean and organized environment, and provide excellent customer service. The Store Crew member will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall store goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and assistance with inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

2. Store Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Restock shelves and merchandise according to store standards.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Perform regular checks for expired or damaged products.

3. Cashier Duties:

  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Process payments, returns, and exchanges following established procedures.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions.

4. Merchandising:

  • Set up displays and promotional signage as directed.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
  • Ensure that merchandise is presented attractively and according to company guidelines.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow crew members.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.

6. Compliance and Security:

  • Adhere to store policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report any security or safety concerns to management.
  • Follow cash handling and security protocols.

Flexibility:

  • Willingness to perform various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including during peak times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail / F&B Indusrty / Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic math skills for cashier duties.
  • Physical ability to lift and move merchandise.
  • To be placed : Seminyak Store
