Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in computer programming, engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or bootcamps program would be a plus
 
- Required: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales Engineer role or a similar position, with a focus on managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations. Experience in handling technical enterprise products is preferred.
 
- Proven track record of delivering and enhancing an exceptional pre-sales customer experience, with an emphasis on scaling these efforts.
 
- Experience in providing high-level technical and compliance support, along with a deep understanding of customer principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
 
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially when interacting with executives and leaders.
 
- A humble approach, willingness to assist others, and a proactive attitude in acquiring necessary knowledge to contribute to the success of both the team and customers.
 
- High capability to operate effectively: strong problem-solving abilities, adeptness at frequent context switching, managing multiple projects simultaneously with broad responsibility, and a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
 
- Ability to work independently or with a group.
 
- Understanding of the software development cycle and programming techniques and tools would be a plus
 
- A personal commitment to promoting development and use of Feedloop AI.
 
Responsibilities:
- Enhance pre-sales customer interaction by elevating the customer experience during the pre-sales stage for a memorable journey.
 
- Provide technical expertise and consultation in the pre-sales phase, detailing product value, addressing technical queries, and providing product clarifications.
 
- Demonstrate how Feedloop's business product aligns with customer business needs through product demonstrations, use case scoping, and proof of concepts.
 
- Act as the first point of contact for technical and guidance, directing customers to resources and escalating complex issues to specialized teams.
 
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs to address common questions and requirements identified during the pre-sales stage.
 
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout their evaluation and purchase journey, ensuring supportive and engaging interactions.
 
- Advocate for customer needs by representing their voice within the organization, collecting feedback to influence product development strategies.
 
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales experience for customers.
