I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and have built over three years of professional experience in the coal mining industry, where I have developed strong expertise in operations supervision and occupational safety. My career began in operational support roles such as fuelman and weighbridge operator, where I was responsible for monitoring fuel usage, supervising weighing processes, and preparing detailed reports. I then advanced into safety and leadership roles, including Safety Patrol and Group Leader (Foreman), where I supervised mining activities, ensured compliance with OHS standards, coordinated with multiple teams, and managed production targets and field operations.

I am a native Indonesian speaker and use Bahasa Indonesia fluently in professional and daily communication, while my academic background in English Literature has equipped me with strong English skills in both written and spoken communication. This allows me to effectively handle reporting, documentation, and coordination in bilingual environments.

In addition, I hold General Occupational Health and Safety Expert and First operational supervisor certifications (National Professional Certification Agency), and I have strong skills in risk assessment, safety analysis, reporting, team coordination, and heavy equipment operation supervision.
